Job Summary

Role responsible for the commercial performance of a multi-state portfolio of 12 vacation ownership resorts, including pricing, forecasting, promotions, distribution strategy, and revenue optimization. Lead and coach the Revenue Management team, collaborate with Marketing, Call Center, Operations, and Property Leadership to implement pricing and inventory strategies, and ensure achievement of revenue, occupancy, and ADR targets. Maintain knowledge of markets, forecast pace, and provide strategic inventory decisions while supporting executive leadership. Maintain a flexible schedule and drive alignment across departments to maximize occupancy and rental revenue across Hawaii, Nevada, and Florida portfolios.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Revenue Management field
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor, develop, or positively influence team members through coaching, training, collaboration, or informal leadership responsibilities
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations that improve revenue, occupancy, or operational performance
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience utilizing reporting tools, forecasting systems, or business intelligence platforms
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to effectively partner with Operations, Marketing, Reservations, and Executive Leadership teams
  • Timeshare experience is a plus
