Job Summary
Revenue Manager for a Bangkok hotel property responsible for maximizing transient revenue and optimizing inventory across cluster properties. Analyzes and reports revenue management data, monitors sales versus projections, and advises on pricing, positioning, and selling strategies. Oversees the inventory management system to ensure appropriate selling windows, coordinates with group salaries and reservations, and builds market knowledge to drive revenue. Collaborates with owners, corporate teams, and guests to align strategies, communicates rate restrictions, supports cluster selling initiatives, and leverages forecasting systems to maximize hotel revenue and profitability. Requires a 2-year degree with 3 years of relevant experience or a 4-year degree with 1 year of relevant experience in revenue management, sales, and marketing, or related areas.
Required Qualifications
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Economics, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 3 years experience in the revenue management, sales and marketing, or related professional area.
- 4-year bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Economics, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 1 year experience in the revenue management, sales and marketing, or related professional area.
