Revenue Manager

Job Summary
Execute resort-wide revenue management strategies across lodging, ski operations, waterparks, and food & beverage by analyzing historical performance, market trends, and booking pace to identify growth opportunities. Develop pricing, inventory, and product packaging recommendations to maximize profitability while collaborating with Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams. Create and maintain reporting dashboards, forecasts, and business intelligence tools to support organizational decision-making, serving as the subject matter expert for point-of-sale systems. Monitor key performance indicators to communicate trends and risks to leadership, supporting budgeting and long-term strategic planning through data-driven insights.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets, identify meaningful trends, and recommend business decisions based on quantitative insights
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with complex formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, and analytical reporting
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, resorts, attractions, recreation, or revenue management
- Familiarity with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
- Experience working with point-of-sale systems, reservation systems, or revenue management platforms
