Job Summary
Own revenue, GMV, pricing, and profitability metrics for Paytm Travel. Drive growth through pricing optimization, promotional strategies, customer retention initiatives, and data-driven decision-making. Develop pricing and promotional strategies to improve bookings and profitability. Monitor conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value (LTV). Conduct business analysis to identify growth opportunities and revenue leakages. Drive A/B testing and growth experiments. Partner with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Supply teams to improve business performance. Build dashboards and present business insights to leadership.
