Job Summary
Develop and implement revenue strategy with the General Manager to maximize income while maintaining commercial balance, anticipating market movements and spotting trend discrepancies. Manage revenue management tools and guarantee data quality, transforming analysis into powerful decisions for pricing adjustments and distribution channel optimization. Scrutinize competition, evaluate contracts, and forecast key indicators like RevPar and market share to propose agile adjustments. Lead the Booking & Revenue Agent, motivating and training the team to exceed targets while ensuring procedures are followed.
