Job Summary
Remote Revenue Manager responsible for pricing strategy and revenue performance across a multifamily portfolio. Partners with Asset Management and Property Management to align pricing objectives, reviews pricing changes, renewal rates, and adjustments. Conducts market and competitor analysis to inform pricing decisions, manages competitor reviews, and maintains accurate data to support revenue actions. Reviews lease and renewal parameters, amenity values, and rent optimization settings; tracks pricing overrides and lease compliance. Requires strong data analysis, communication, and cross-functional collaboration in a fully remote US role with preferred markets (Dallas–Fort Worth, Chicago, Atlanta, Denver, San Diego, San Francisco Bay Area).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, with a focus on Accounting, Finance, or Real Estate strongly preferred.
- Experience Minimum 3 years of Pricing, Revenue Management, Financial Analysis, Property Operations, or Property Management experience required.
- Familiarity with LRO, YieldStar, or AIRM is a plus.
- Experience using Yardi is a plus.
- Excel, PowerPoint and Word required.
