Job Summary

Lead development and execution of comprehensive revenue-management strategies to maximize room revenue, total hotel profitability, and market share. Drive dynamic pricing based on demand, forecast accuracy, and distribution channel performance; collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and F&B to optimize RevPAR, TrevPAR, and overall revenue. Directly mentor the Reservations Manager to ensure optimal booking conversion, quality service, and alignment with distribution strategies. Oversee channel management (OTA, direct, GDS, corporate, wholesale), ensure rate parity and cost efficiency, analyze market trends with STR, and provide forecasts and budgeting input. Demonstrate strong data-driven analytical capabilities, leadership across Revenue and Reservations teams, and effective cross-department collaboration. Requires a Bachelor’s degree with Master’s preferred; fluency in English; experience in forecasting, pricing, yield management, and distribution optimization; knowledge of luxury hospitality dynamics and relevant systems (PMS, CRS, RMS, RMS platforms like IDeaS; Opera).

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Business, Finance, or related field
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Strong knowledge of luxury hospitality market dynamics
  • Expertise in forecasting, pricing strategy, yield management, and distribution optimization
  • Proficiency with Accor Distribution Systems (TARS, Opera PMS and RMS platforms like IDeaS)
  • Fluency in English
  • Proven leadership experience in Revenue and Reservations
