Job Summary
Revenue Manager leads strategic revenue initiatives to maximize room revenue, profitability, and market share; drives dynamic pricing, forecasting, and distribution decisions; collaborates with Sales, Marketing and Operations to ensure alignment; oversees Reservations through the Reservations Manager to optimize bookings and luxury service; partners with F&B and culinary teams on restaurant revenue management and RevPASH; develops and implements forecasts and budgets; manages distribution channels (OTA, direct, GDS, corporate, tour/wholesale) and ensures rate parity; analyzes market trends using tools like STR; collaborates with leadership to align pricing with campaigns and contractual negotiations; manages revenue systems (PMS, CRS, RMS) and analytics; leads and develops the revenue and reservations teams; requires a Bachelor's degree (Master’s preferred), deep knowledge of luxury hospitality market dynamics, forecasting and pricing strategy, RevPASH, and English fluency.
