Job Summary
Revenue Management Analyst (level 1) responsible for optimizing revenue across a portfolio of routes using strategic levers and market analysis; monitor booking trends, demand forecasts, and competitive dynamics; calibrate and validate revenue management systems to align forecasts with market conditions; track metrics such as Revenue per Available Seat Mile (RASM), load factor, and yield; collaborate with RMS, Pricing, and Tour Operator teams to optimize package pricing, inventory, and channel mix; leverage data-driven analysis and tools like Power BI and PROS; required Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of relevant experience; fluency in French and English (French required for Quebec); Montreal-based with hybrid work arrangement; strong analytical, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1 to 2 years of relevant professional experience
- Knowledge of airline revenue management system PROS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI
- Fluency in French and English
- Ability to work in a positive, collaborative team environment
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
