Job Summary
Monitor inventory, pricing, and distribution strategies to optimize profitable revenue for a 902-key cluster across six properties in Luxembourg. Analyze demand, competitive sets, and market trends to forecast top-line revenue and support weekly management meetings. Manage transient and group book pace, create group quotations, and arbitrate demands while maintaining rate parity across distribution channels. Collaborate with Reservations and Front Desk to ensure guest service standards align with revenue goals. Prepare materials for revenue meetings and track third-party intelligence to identify opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Hotel Management or Business School
- Fluent in English
- Eligible to work in European Union
