REVENUE INTEGRITY MANAGER

Job Summary
Oversee maintenance and integrity of the hospital Chargemaster while ensuring accurate, compliant revenue recognition and optimizing reimbursement opportunities. Evaluate new clinical product lines by assessing coding, charging, pricing, and reimbursement implications to develop strategic recommendations for charge structures and payer acceptance. Collaborate with clinical, operational, and finance leaders to support revenue cycle performance, compliance, and financial sustainability through insurance payer plan maintenance. Requires five years of related experience in a hospital setting, two years of supervisory experience, and in-depth knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS. Bachelor's degree in finance or business management required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business management or related field
- 5 years' related experience in a hospital or Health System setting
- 2 years previous supervisor experience
- In depth knowledge of CPT, ICD10 and HCPC's
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including presentation skills
- In depth understanding of technical billing and revenue recognition
- good working knowledge of professional billing
- Demonstrated record of identifying and achieving revenue realization improvements
- Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
