Revenue Integrity Analyst - Revenue Cycle - Full Time - Hybrid w/ office hours in Nashua, NH

Revenue Integrity Analyst role focuses on ensuring accurate charge capture, coding, and billing across the revenue cycle. Responsibilities include auditing, data analysis, updating the Charge Description Master (CDM) and fee schedules, conducting prospective and retrospective audits, performing root cause analyses on denials and revenue variances, and collaborating with clinical, finance, and IT teams to resolve issues. Requires knowledge of CMS, AMA, CPT, ICD-10 guidelines and payer-specific rules; uses Epic and other EHR systems; prepares reports on audit findings and revenue trends; communicates recommendations to leadership; strong Excel skills and ability to leverage data analytics for process improvements.
