Job Summary
Conduct detailed analysis of payer reimbursement trends and contract performance to identify revenue recovery opportunities and process improvements. Administer Contract Modeling within Epic in collaboration with Finance, Revenue Cycle, IT, and external resources. Support Revenue Cycle leadership by maximizing collections through reporting capabilities of the Contract Management system. Coordinate methods and evaluation criteria across organizational silos while acting as primary liaison for vendors, contractors, and project sponsors. Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously with detailed documentation and training skills. This hybrid role requires on-site work and is open for a minimum of three days.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field, preferably finance, accounting or information systems
- At least 5 years healthcare business process/operational knowledge/acumen
- At least 5 years system utilization
- Detailed documentation and training skills
- Detailed analysis and problem-solving skills
- Ability to coordinate methods, techniques and evaluation of criteria across organizational silos to obtain optimal results
- Customer service interaction experience while acting as primary liaison for vendors, contractors and project sponsors
- Extensive background in project/program planning and management best practices
- Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
- Exceptional oral/written communication and presentation abilities to users
- You will be expected to work on site
