Job Summary
Support client assessments by gathering and analyzing data, documenting processes, and synthesizing insights to help define current-state operations; assist in developing recommendations and implementation plans to improve operational, quality, or regulatory outcomes; create and maintain client deliverables including analyses, presentations, process maps, and documentation; participate in client meetings, interviews, and workshops; manage assigned workstreams, support proposal development, and help maintain client relationships across multiple engagements; engage with the team on technology enablement and compliance matters; contribute to a culture of teamwork and inclusion while supporting business development and internal initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, accounting, or related discipline
- Experience 1+ years of professional consulting experience, relevant Life Sciences industry experience, or adjacent professional field experience (e.g., professional services, regulated industries, operational consulting)
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments and adapt to changing priorities
- Client-service mindset with the ability to build positive working relationships
- Advanced written, verbal, and presentation skills, including interaction with members of senior management
- Ability to travel to meet client needs
- Foundational knowledge of U.S. or global Life Sciences regulatory environments (trainable in onboarding)
- Experience with enterprise technology platforms (ERP, CRM, BI tools)
- Prior experience supporting proposal development or structured research
