Job Summary
Bonduelle seeks a Revenue Growth Manager to lead the development of Revenue Growth Management capabilities, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth across branded and private label products. Key responsibilities include establishing pricing strategies, conducting customer profitability analysis, and integrating RGM insights into commercial activities. The ideal candidate must possess a strong background in CPG revenue management, with demonstrated expertise in pricing, trade investment, and cross-functional collaboration, alongside 7-10+ years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- 7–10+ years of progressive experience in Revenue Growth Management, Trade Marketing, or Sales Strategy within leading CPG companies
- Deep understanding of PPA, trade spend ROI, promotional strategy, and customer profitability models
- Proven track record of influencing cross-functional stakeholders and driving commercial outcomes
- Strong analytical and financial acumen
Desired Qualifications
- MBA preferred
- Food industry experience is a plus
