Job Summary
Delivery-focused analytics role supporting day-to-day analytics programs for CPG clients in the WBHC (Wellness, Beauty and Home Care) vertical. Manage end-to-end analytics engagements—pricing and promotion analysis, assortment optimization, demand forecasting, and elasticity modeling—while coordinating with internal delivery and product teams to ensure timely, high-quality outputs. Develop working knowledge of Circana’s analytics methodologies and tools, build familiarity with client accounts and business priorities, and serve as a reliable day-to-day coordination point across internal and client-facing workflows. Create client-facing materials and presentations, translate findings into clear narratives, and collaborate with product, delivery, and enablement teams to resolve data issues and manage project timelines. Location: Continental US (remote options available with East/Central Time Zone alignment); travel ~5%. Requires 3–6 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required in marketing, business, economics, statistics, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in CPG analytics, category management, or a related analytical role
- Hands-on experience working with Point of Sale, syndicated, or other CPG data sources
- Familiarity with analytics methodologies including pricing analysis, promotional effectiveness, assortment optimization, or demand forecasting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or related field
- Experience coordinating across internal teams including delivery, product, or operations functions
