Revenue Growth Management Director

Job Summary
Develop and evolve Karo's global Revenue Growth Management strategy in close partnership with executive leadership, translating priorities into actionable regional pricing and promotion plans across international markets. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Analytics teams to identify growth opportunities, leveraging advanced analytics and AI-enabled forecasting to drive data-based decision-making and foster a test-and-learn culture. Lead a high-performing international RGM team while acting as a change leader to ensure successful implementation of commercial initiatives that improve profitability and sustainable growth. This role involves shaping the global agenda for a personal-care retail company operating in 90 countries, blending organic expansion and M&A to empower customers with smart healthcare choices.
Required Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of international leadership experience within Consumer Healthcare, FMCG, Retail or similarly fast-moving industries
- Demonstrated success in Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Excellence, Pricing, Category Management or related commercial strategy functions
- Proven experience driving commercial and financial performance across multiple countries or business units
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing high-performing international teams
- Excellent analytical capabilities with experience using advanced analytics, pricing tools and commercial performance dashboards
- Strong technical affinity, ideally including experience with AI-powered analytics, pricing engines or machine learning applications
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders across functions and geographies
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and continuously evolving international environment
- Strong communication, problem-solving and change management capabilities
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a top-tier management consulting environment is highly preferred
- Master's degree in Business, Economics, Management or a related field is preferred
