Job Summary
Director of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) at 3M leads the development and execution of a comprehensive RGM strategy across pricing, promotion, price pack architecture, product mix and trade terms; partners with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to influence planning and lead annual price/promo cycles; guides cross-functional teams through scenario modeling and revenue simulations; codifies RGM processes for international markets; defines long-term RGM operating model and builds a high-performing team leveraging new tools and fact-based decision making; requires extensive cross-functional leadership, analytics, and experience in CPG and large-scale transformations; on-site role at 3M Center in Maplewood, MN with up to 20% travel; compensation range $287,281–$351,122 and relocation may be authorized.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Five (5) years of cross-functional project leadership experience in a private, public, government or military environment
- Ten (10) years of Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience within sales, category strategy, finance, and/or trade management
- Three (3) years of experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Syndicated Data, Trade Promotion Management tools and other related systems
- Three (3) years of experience developing, implementing, and/or leveraging Revenue Growth Management analytics and strategies
- Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status)
- Executive presence with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional partners
