Job Summary
Revenue Executive role at Ella Resorts focused on centralized revenue management across properties. Responsible for pricing execution, forecasting, system maintenance, market monitoring and data-driven pricing decisions to maximize RevPAR and total revenue. Functions include monitoring booking pace, ADR, occupancy and competitive set activity; developing pricing and segmentation strategies; producing rolling forecasts and budget inputs; maintaining PMS systems and connected platforms (IDeaS, Opera Cloud); using Lighthouse and STR benchmarks; ensuring rate integrity across direct and third-party channels; coordinating with property leadership; onboarding new managed properties; and producing weekly/monthly revenue performance reports. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field, 1–3 years of revenue management experience in hospitality, proficiency with Excel and data analysis, and familiarity with PMS and revenue management systems; Marriott experience and benchmarking tools are an asset.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Revenue Management within the hospitality industry
- Basic understanding of revenue management principles, pricing logic and dynamic inventory allocation
- Experience with PMS platforms (e.g., Opera Cloud) and Revenue Management Systems (e.g., IDeaS) is considered an asset
- Experience within Marriott-branded environments and familiarity with Marriott revenue tools (e.g., One Yield) are considered an asset
- Familiarity with benchmarking tools such as Lighthouse and STR is considered an asset
- Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities
- Understanding of hotel distribution channels and OTA extranets
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational and communication skills
