Job Summary
Perform basic to intermediate data analysis for Revenue Cycle Management, including denials, payer variances, contract discrepancies, and revenue trends using Epic Reporting Workbench and Microsoft Excel. Assist in compiling and reconciling charge data, supporting monthly invoicing, and contributing to net revenue modeling. Support the design, build, and optimization of dashboards and scorecards for department leaders and clinicians to monitor key metrics. Validate and maintain data sources to ensure consistency, reliability, and compliance with regulatory standards. Monitor key performance indicators and collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify reporting needs and ensure data accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of Revenue Cycle reporting experience
- 1-3 years of progressive analytical experience
- Knowledge of and intermediate quantitative, and analytic skills
- Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau and PowerBI
- Intermediate skill level is Microsoft Office Products
