Job Summary
Manager, Sales Enablement for NA EDU sales. Leads onboarding, training, and readiness programs for Account Executives, SDRs, and Solutions Engineers; coordinates enablement sessions, certifications, and revenue kickoffs; reinforces sales methodologies, messaging, discovery, objection handling, and process consistency; partners with sales leaders to support coaching and performance development; collaborates with Product Marketing and enablement teams on product launches, messaging, competitive insights, and sales content; supports rollout and adoption of enablement tools and CRM practices; tracks onboarding progress, training participation, and adoption metrics; works cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, and Enablement leadership to align priorities and execution.
Required Qualifications
- 4–7+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Sales Operations, Training, or B2B SaaS sales roles
- Experience supporting sales organizations in fast-paced technology or SaaS environments
- Strong project management and program coordination skills
- Experience facilitating training sessions or delivering enablement programs
