Job Summary
Revenue Enablement Manager focused on live onboarding facilitation for the revenue organization and dedicated enablement for the XDR/BDR/SDR teams. Design and run scalable training programs, coach reps and managers, and partner with the Sales Onboarding Program Manager to enhance NHU experiences while advancing XDR enablement. Deliver core competencies in prospecting, messaging, objection handling, qualification, and discovery; reinforce methodologies (Challenger, SPIN, value selling); build enablement resources, playbooks, call guides, and LMS content; drive tech stack adoption (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo); leverage data to close gaps and continuously improve program effectiveness; champion AI adoption across training and coaching initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in Sales or Revenue Enablement within a SaaS environment with end-to-end program ownership and measurable results
- 3+ years as a sales professional (SDR/BDR/AE experience strongly preferred)
- Proven experience facilitating live training in front of cohorts or teams
- Strong coaching instincts with demonstrated ability to develop reps and managers through structured workshops and ongoing development conversations
- Autonomy in managing multiple workstreams and delivering impact
- Solid knowledge of modern sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN, value selling)
- Proficiency with sales tools: Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, Nooks or similar
- AI-forward mindset and ability to integrate AI-driven tools into programs and workflows
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and adapt as needed
- Experience building LMS content and multimedia training materials preferred
- Bonus: frontline XDR or AE manager experience; familiarity with PLG/ABM strategies or CMMS/industrial SaaS
