Job Summary

Senior Revenue Enablement Manager responsible for live onboarding facilitation for the revenue organization and dedicated enablement support for the XDR/BDR-SDR group. Owns and designs programs, delivers high-quality live training, coaches reps and managers, and operates with autonomy. Co-creates and runs New Hire University experiences, develops scalable XDR enablement programs, reinforces core methodologies (Challenger, SPIN, value selling), tracks outcomes through calls and reviews, and builds enablement resources, playbooks, and LMS content. Leads AI adoption within training, drives tech-stack utilization (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo), and analyzes performance data to close gaps. Collaborative role across Sales Onboarding Program Manager and XDR leads, with a focus on pipeline attainment and onboarding maturation.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years in Sales or Revenue Enablement within a SaaS environment with a track record of owning programs end-to-end and delivering measurable results
  • 3+ years as a sales professional (SDR/BDR/AE experience strongly preferred)
  • Proven experience facilitating live training in front of groups
  • Strong coaching instincts with a track record of developing reps and managers through call coaching and workshops
  • Autonomy to own multiple workstreams and adapt priorities without heavy direction
  • Solid knowledge of modern sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN, value selling)
  • Proficiency with sales tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, Nooks or similar)
  • AI-forward mindset and ability to integrate AI-powered tools into training and workflows
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments and experience building LMS content is a strong asset
  • Bonus: frontline XDR or AE manager experience; familiarity with PLG/ABM strategies or CMMS/industrial SaaS
