Job Summary
Revenue Enablement Manager, Expansion responsible for planning, developing, and delivering sales enablement & ongoing programs for the Expansion (account management and implementation) team. Lead framework for role effectiveness, ensure consistency in positioning, maximize revenue opportunities, and optimize use of tools and tech stack. Own Expansion Sales Training post-onboarding; collaborate cross-functionally with VP of Sales, AM leadership, revenue ops, marketing, product, and PMM. Develop end-to-end expansion playbooks, certify reps against product and call expectations, evaluate performance, leverage revenue tooling (Salesforce, Outreach, Call Coaching software), and drive improvements through stakeholder engagement. Bring 5+ years in sales enablement, a track record of measurable revenue impact, and ability to work independently in a hyper-growth environment. Strong cross-functional collaboration, project management (Asana, Wrike, Monday.com) experience, and ability to provide subject-matter-expert product feedback on roadmap and tooling. Hybrid role based out of Chicago with a mix of in-office and remote work.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in sales enablement
- SaaS sales experience
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, and call coaching software
- Independence in growth environments
- Agility and flexibility in priorities
- Strong training and development capabilities
- Project management experience (Asana, Wrike, Monday.com)
- Product feedback experience for roadmap discussions
- Hybrid work arrangement familiarity (3 days in-office in Chicago)
