Job Summary
Revenue & Distribution Manager responsible for pricing strategy, revenue optimization, forecasting, and distribution across OTA, direct, and partner channels for a portfolio of serviced apartments and short-term rentals in Cairo. Requires 5+ years in revenue management/hospitality, strong analytical and Excel, expertise in ADR/RevPAR, channel management, PMS, and data-driven decision-making; will monitor KPIs, build forecasts, conduct market benchmarking, and present insights to management.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in revenue management, pricing, or commercial strategy
- Strong background in serviced apartments, short-term rentals, hospitality, or similar inventory-based businesses
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency
- Strong understanding of revenue management principles (ADR, RevPAR, forecasting, pacing, demand analysis)
- Experience with PMS, channel managers, or revenue management systems is highly preferred
- Strong ability to analyze market trends and competitor pricing behavior
- Strong commercial mindset with decision-making and problem-solving ability
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Hospitality Management, or related field is an advantage
