Job Summary
Manage revenue cycle data and technology systems by maintaining payor code rules, fee schedules, and clearinghouse functions to ensure accurate charge capture and reimbursement. Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Operations to align data definitions, troubleshoot software, and support implementation projects for new technologies. Identify process improvement opportunities, complete system maintenance tasks such as batch service and voids, and monitor compliance with state regulations and payer contracts. Partner with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency while adhering to organizational ethics and core values.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Valid driver's license
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Operative knowledge of MS Office software and Google programs
- In-depth knowledge of payer contracting and negotiation
- Knowledge of healthcare and payer industry and leading practice standards
- Ability to communicate analytical insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Effective interpersonal, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to operate independently
- Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information

- Working knowledge of research and investigative procedures
