Revenue Cycle Specialist - Oral Health

Manage and process patient payment contracts, submit insurance claims, and run aging reports to collect, appeal, or re-bill as needed. Initiate written appeals for contract discrepancies and underpayments while collaborating with payers via phone and online interactions to resolve account issues. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries from patients and insurance companies, documenting collection activity accurately, and analyzing accounts for possible collection agency referral. Requires minimum two years' experience in oral health billing with Denticon experience preferred. Full-time role in South Jordan with Monday through Friday hours; eligible for hybrid schedule after 6-to-12-month training.
