Job Summary
Revenue Cycle Senior Manager at West Cecil Health Center oversees the organization’s revenue cycle across front, middle, and back-end operations, collaborating with the CFO on strategy, policy, and compliance. Responsibilities include developing strategic programs and KPIs for revenue cycle performance, improving financial outcomes, benchmarking targets, enhancing information systems with automation, designing and standardizing workflows, creating cross-functional training, and ensuring timely billing and collections. The role requires leadership to supervise the Patient Services Manager, Billing Supervisor, and Medical Records Department, with a focus on optimizing accounts receivable and ensuring HIPAA privacy practices are observed. It is an onsite, full-time leadership position based in Conowingo, MD, with local travel between sites as needed.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, health administration, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, including clinic management, patient management, accounts receivable and payable, and marketing and public relations.
- Strong background in financial management and knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations related to healthcare management.
- Proven leadership and managerial skills, including team development, coaching, mentoring, and ability to build high-performing teams.
Desired Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, health administration, or a related field is required.
- Master’s degree is preferred; equivalent education and experience will be considered.
