Job Summary
Auditor focused on anesthesia documentation and coding, conducts audits across multiple locations, reports audit findings to Compliance Risk Manager, supports education and training for providers based on audit outcomes, reviews coder accuracy and provides insight for additional training, and develops/delivers recurring and ad hoc performance reports. CPC certification is required with CANPC preferred; 2–4 years of medical coding experience (anesthesia experience preferred); strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, ASA, and payer guidelines; excellent communication, time management, and analytical skills; High school diploma required with associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
