Job Summary
Revenue Cycle Representative II responsible for ERA and EFT enrollment to ensure accurate reimbursement, payer enrollment communications, and ongoing operational efficiency across the revenue cycle. Key duties include maintaining EFT/EDI/ERA data with payers and clearinghouses (including Epic), initiating enrollment communications, monitoring payment methods for cost effectiveness, tracking enrollment status, researching payer capabilities, and supporting SOPs/enrollment playbooks for consistency. Requires strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, ability to work independently or as part of a team, and proven problem-solving ability within healthcare revenue cycle workflows.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- 4 years of experience in a healthcare/revenue cycle setting with specific experience in functions such as registration, follow up, denials, and payment posting
- Experience with revenue cycle applications/systems
- Knowledge healthcare claims processing and payment workflows
- Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
