Revenue Cycle Pre-Registration Associate

Conduct pre-registration interviews with patients via inbound and outbound calls to complete the pre-service process. Ensure accurate billing records and collect estimated patient financial liabilities while educating patients on their out-of-pocket responsibilities. Resolve demographic and insurance discrepancies using system tools and escalate high-dollar accounts at risk for non-payment before services are rendered. Comply with regulatory requirements, including the Medicare Secondary Payer Questionnaire, and document interview outcomes while maintaining privacy and security standards. Work in a remote call center environment delivering exceptional customer service to providers, payers, and patients.
