Revenue Cycle Patient Representative-LGH-PRN/Limbo hours vary

Manage patient registrations in Acute Revenue Cycle Patient Access Departments as the first point of contact for Centra patients. Provide key customer and financial services including pre-registration, registration, upfront collections, payment plans, medical necessity checking, and financial counseling. Refer patients to appropriate sources for follow-up as needed. This role supports the revenue cycle team during Limbo hours with varying schedules.
