Collaboration with management and Information Systems to test EPIC upgrades, plus workflow documentation and lean-improvement opportunities, are key components. Requires a Bachelor's degree with three years of training-related experience and proficiency in Microsoft Publisher, Office, Visio, and Word; healthcare revenue cycle certification within one year is required. Excellent oral and written communication, presentation skills, and ability to facilitate training and coaching across departments are essential.
