Revenue Cycle Operations Trainer

Job Summary
Develop and deliver revenue cycle training for front-office staff, focusing on insurance knowledge, point-of-service collections, and managing overdue balances. Provide one-on-one training for new hires during the first two weeks, update insurance workflows, educate staff on payer websites, and audit accounts to identify missed opportunities. Review front-office denials with the business office to create training plans; maintain professional verbal and written communication; strive to exceed goals. Requires strong knowledge of insurance and billing, solid computer skills, excellent communication, adaptability in a changing environment, and a background in revenue cycle; education preferred includes an Associate’s degree in a related field and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
