Job Summary
Lead client executive leadership as the primary RCM domain expert, driving monthly business reviews that demonstrate program ROI and net collection yield. Own claim submission success and denial resolution by analyzing rejection trends to maintain a >95% first-pass clean claim rate, while partnering with client billing teams to streamline 837/835 workflows. Serve as the bridge between client CFOs, third-party RCM partners, and internal Product leaders to translate complex billing data into actionable revenue strategies that drive high net revenue retention. Collaborate with Customer Success Directors to identify account growth opportunities and educate client teams on evolving CMS regulations and Medicare care management reimbursement frameworks.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), healthtech Client Success, or RCM management consulting
- Demonstrated track record of managing senior client relationships (CFOs, Billing Directors, RCM VPs) within health systems, ACOs, or large physician practices
- Deep operational knowledge of Medicare physician billing, CMS compliance rules, and care management reimbursement programs (CCM, RPM, APCM, TCM)
- Understanding of enterprise EHR/PM systems (Epic, Cerner, AthenaHealth, eClinicalWorks) and electronic claims data flows
- Ability to analyze complex billing datasets and translate them into polished executive presentations, ROI models, and clear strategic narratives
- Up to 25% travel
- Location: Remote and will transition to in-person, 5 days near Bolingbrook, IL and Sandy Springs, GA
