Job Summary

Oversee Revenue Cycle Management functions and lead monthly RCM initiatives. Manage staff performance, onboarding, training, and compliance. Analyze large data sets to monitor KPIs and identify barriers to revenue cycle success. Collaborate with departments and Practice Managers to support revenue workflow goals. Direct claims resolution in Athena and manage revenue-cycle system tables (insurance, interface, fee schedules). Drive process improvement, root cause analysis, and reporting to provide financial health insights. Demonstrate leadership in influencing options and core dimensions, while ensuring adherence to organizational policies and processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in healthcare administration, business, accounting, or finance (preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in medical billing, with knowledge of Medicaid and commercial insurance
  • 5+ years of experience in management
  • CPC, CPB, CRCR or similar revenue cycle certification
  • Excel Spreadsheets, Microsoft Word, and other general office processes/tools
