Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of direct experience in clinical or molecular laboratory billing
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing 15 or more billing staff
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze data and drive process improvement
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Professional Coder (CPC)
- Hands-on laboratory billing experience
- Proficiency in medical billing and EHR systems (AdvancedMD, LIS, or similar)
- Strong understanding of revenue cycle management
- Experience managing offshore or hybrid billing teams
