Job Summary
Revenue Cycle Manager responsible for overseeing revenue cycle operations including billing, credentialing and privileging, and payer enrollment functions; lead and supervise key operational functions; collaborate with organizational leadership; leverage EPIC EMR and other healthcare technology to drive process improvements; ensure regulatory compliance and accurate reimbursement; strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance, and managed care; require leadership experience and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations; must be able to travel to OCH multi health centers when requested; hybrid work arrangement with onsite presence at Hood River, OR clinic two days per week and initial in-office training period.
Required Qualifications
- Associate in business management or equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
