Revenue Cycle Manager

Manage the day-to-day activities of the revenue cycle department, including billing, follow-up, coding, and cash posting to achieve revenue optimization. Develop and maintain functional area administrative procedures, monitor department KPIs, and conduct quarterly audits to ensure productivity targets are met. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders while administering employee reviews and conducting regular one-on-one meetings to support staff growth. Monitor payer websites for regulatory updates and ensure direct reports complete required trainings by deadline to maintain compliance. Uphold legal, regulatory, and ethical standards while integrating ESG principles into business practices. Requires a CRCS-P certification, 6+ years in third-party billing or AR collections, and a BA/BS degree.
