Revenue Cycle Manager

Manage and supervise the business office team, overseeing patient accounting functions for insurance and privately funded clients to improve cash flow and manage company receivables. Prepare consolidated census daily, lead month-end processes for assigned facilities, and monitor UR/billing census and Verification of Benefits queues to ensure accuracy. Handle manual billing activities, confirm claims are worked to completion, and process refunds based on credit reports and Explanation of Benefits. Respond professionally to billing inquiries from patients, guarantors, staff, and payers while coordinating with facilities and medical records for disputed claims. Train new revenue cycle staff, provide ongoing coaching, and lead special analysis projects to maintain productivity standards and resolve denials.
