Revenue Cycle Manager

Job Summary

Own the day-to-day performance of Eventus WholeHealth's revenue cycle across its multi-state physician group, managing Medicare provider enrollment, credentialing, denial management, cash posting, and collections. Direct third-party RCM vendor oversight by measuring and enforcing service-level agreements, while producing monthly performance reports for finance and operations leadership. Apply hands-on data analysis to identify root causes of aging, denials, and underpayment, partnering with the Senior Director to drive net collections and reduce days sales outstanding. Reconcile cash-to-AR activity, support month-end close, and develop internal controls to ensure compliance. Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive healthcare revenue cycle experience
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory or management capacity
  • Expert-level knowledge of Medicare provider enrollment and credentialing
  • Demonstrated experience in denial management, cash posting, and collections across multiple payers and states
  • Expert command of Medicare enrollment and credentialing workflows across MAC jurisdictions
  • Advanced data analytics and reporting skills including Excel pivot tables, SUMIFS, lookups, and building recurring KPI dashboards and board-level reports
  • Strong knowledge of denial management, payer contracts, net realizable value, and AR aging analysis
  • Proficiency with RCM and practice-management systems and GL integration
  • Ability to calculate and audit vendor SLAs
  • Ability to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, regulations, standards, guidelines, and Eventus WholeHealth policies and procedures
  • Ability to remain informed of any changes to federal, state, and local laws, regulations, standards, guidelines, and Eventus WholeHealth policies and procedures
  • Ability to promptly report any non-compliant conduct and/or practices to Eventus WholeHealth's Chief Compliance and Risk Officer
  • Ability to ensure adherence to Eventus WholeHealth's Code of Ethics and Business Conduct
  • Ability to perform the job duties with integrity and professionalism
  • Ability to promptly report any unethical conduct and/or practices to Eventus WholeHealth's Chief Compliance and Risk Officer
  • Ability to strictly protect patient information in accordance with all federal and state privacy laws and Eventus WholeHealth policies and procedures
  • Ability to promptly report any violations of federal and state privacy laws and Eventus WholeHealth policies and procedures to Eventus WholeHealth's Chief Compliance and Risk Officer
  • Ability to maintain accurate and complete documentation when performing the job duties
  • Ability to ensure that all Eventus WholeHealth information, data, documentation, and records are always safeguarded and maintained confidentially
  • Ability to participate in all assigned training
  • Ability to complete all assigned training by the deadline for completion
  • Ability to engage in regular risk assessments to identify potential risks and work proactively with a supervisor and Eventus WholeHealth's Chief Compliance and Risk Officer to mitigate any identified risks
  • Ability to promptly report any incidents to the Chief Compliance and Risk Officer

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or a related field
  • NextGen Enterprise experience
