Revenue Cycle Manager

Job Summary
Oversee the complete revenue cycle from patient registration through reimbursement, managing registration, insurance verification, prior authorizations, coding, claims submission, payment posting, collections, and denials management. Monitor KPIs to improve cash collections and reduce denials while ensuring compliance with HIPAA, CMS regulations, and payer guidelines. Review and develop revenue cycle policies, workflows, and scalable solutions to improve efficiency, billing accuracy, and financial performance across expanding practice locations. Supervise revenue cycle staff, coach team members, and manage relationships with vendors, clearinghouses, and insurance carriers. Collaborate with clinical, operational, and finance teams to resolve billing issues and support the launch of new service lines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in healthcare revenue cycle management
- Strong knowledge of: Medical billing and collections
- Strong knowledge of: Revenue cycle operations
- Strong knowledge of: Insurance reimbursement
- Strong knowledge of: Patient co-pays and deductibles
- Strong knowledge of: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) billing
- Strong knowledge of: Wound care billing
- Experience working within physician practices, outpatient healthcare organizations, or multi-site healthcare environments
- Experience implementing and improving operational policies and procedures
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR), practice management systems, and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Location: North Miami Beach, FL (Onsite)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting startup healthcare organizations or rapidly growing medical practices
- Certification such as Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR), Certified Professional Biller (CPB), Certified Professional Coder (CPC), or equivalent
- Experience managing remote or global support teams
- Knowledge of wound care, post-acute care, mobile healthcare, or skilled nursing operations
