Job Summary
Lead and supervise revenue cycle staff across billing, coding, collections, and reimbursement teams, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Monitor and report staff productivity by developing dashboards and presenting findings with improvement suggestions to executive leadership. Optimize revenue cycle processes by identifying workflow gaps and implementing enhancements to reduce days in A/R and strengthen cash flow. Ensure compliance and quality standards through routine audits and corrective action plans while collaborating with executive leadership on strategic insights and trend analysis. This remote role requires coordination with clients and RCM staff for performance reporting and participation in video conference meetings.
Required Qualifications
- minimum of five years of experience in insurance reimbursement, account collections, coding, and medical terminology
- Significant experience performing and managing billing services for a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
- Advanced proficiency in eClinicalWorks (eCW) with a strong focus on reporting, analytics, and dashboard development
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous managerial experience necessary
- This position is remote

Desired Qualifications
