Job Summary
Lead Revenue Cycle training and mentoring for Specialists in referrals, insurance verification, prior authorizations, billing, and collections; act as primary escalation point for franchise partner or patient issues; monitor workloads, improve denial trends, and ensure compliant, efficient intake, billing, and collection processes within a remote-capable full-time role; leverage healthcare and pharmacy applications to drive performance and customer service across the team.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2-3 years of infusion setting experience
- Knowledge of CareTend and the RCM Portal
- Knowledge of Payer Compliance
- Strong Excel proficiency
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to train and mentor staff on patient insurance billing, collections, and benefits investigation
