Job Summary
Revenue Cycle Educator will design and deliver ongoing revenue cycle training across locations, develop and manage new hire training programs, create and administer training materials (including e-learning/video sessions), assess staff needs, track course logistics and evaluate outcomes, and collaborate with leaders to ensure quality, compliance, and continuous improvement of revenue-cycle workflows in the Kaweah Health system.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School diploma or GED (Required)
- Experience: Supervisory/lead role in revenue cycle operations (Required)
- Preferred: Patient Access, Patient Accounting, Revenue Integrity, Utilization Review, Coding experience
