Job Summary
Develop sophisticated financial reports and models to analyze Patient Accounting performance, risks, and budgeted results. Conduct benchmarking studies, forecast future trends, and compile data to identify discrepancies requiring management attention. Collaborate with leadership to develop key performance indicators, automate billing audits, and guide strategic decision-making through cost analyses of third-party services. Present findings to physicians and managers while adhering to HIPAA privacy standards and clinic policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum three years healthcare financial analytical experience
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel and Access)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from physicians, managers, employees and business associates
- Confidentiality
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects
