Job Summary
Lead the implementation and configuration of SlicedHealth solutions, including system setup, data migration, user training, and testing to ensure successful system adoption. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop strategies optimizing contract management processes, while conducting regular audits for data accuracy and compliance. Provide ongoing support for issue resolution, system maintenance, and end-user training on best practices and process improvements. Proactively identify opportunities to drive operational efficiency in revenue cycle management and price transparency initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, contract management, or related field
- Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes, including contract negotiation, reimbursement, and claims management
- Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong Project management skills with the ability to manage and report multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Capable of creating and maintaining records of project progress, including milestones, tasks completed, risks, issues, and key decisions to keep stakeholders informed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of self-motivation and initiative
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to healthcare contracts, such as HIPAA and Stark Law
- Price Transparency regulations compliance experience
- Ability to adapt to changing technology and industry trends and continuously improve skills and knowledge in contract management and revenue cycle optimization
