Revenue Cycle Compliance Analyst

Revenue Cycle Compliance Analyst responsible for monitoring and auditing revenue cycle operations to ensure compliance with CMS, Medicare, Medicaid, and payer regulations, and organizational policies. Supports billing integrity, regulatory compliance and revenue optimization through data analysis, auditing, and collaboration with operational departments. Assists with price transparency, No Surprises Act requirements, and denials management. Collaborates with coding, billing, HIM, finance, and clinical teams to resolve billing compliance issues; analyzes claim denials and payer edits to identify trends and recommend corrective actions; prepares audit findings and recommendations for leadership; supports staff education on billing compliance and documentation standards.
