Revenue Cycle Associate

Organize and process claims into the database, maintaining accurate records of all processed claims and invoices. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies governing claims and billing while supporting a streamlined process for efficient and accurate billing. Collaborate with internal team members to resolve billing issues and facilitate timely reimbursement. Perform other related duties as assigned. This role supports the financial health of Talkspace, helping over two million people access quality mental healthcare through streamlined revenue cycle operations.
