Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, variance analyses, and A/R departmental census End of Month Reports for management review. Monitor key financial and operational metrics to analyze revenue cycle performance, support reporting and forecasting, and identify opportunities to improve reimbursement, patient access, and operational efficiency. Collaborate with operational leaders and departments to optimize revenue cycle processes, manage Medicare/Medicaid quarterly credit balance reports, and ensure compliance with provider regulations. Provide explanations for reimbursement contractual adjustments and net revenue variances from budgeted levels.
